To ensure your package is delivered and received in time, make sure that your address is entered correctly, including all street, apartment, suite, and building numbers. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered orders during transit.
Items are expected to be shipped after payment is authorized and verified. Orders can take up to 4 business days for standard shipping. For expedited shipping, please allow 1-2 business days after authorized payment, excluding major holidays and weekends. Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend will ship the next business day.
All custom orders will take more time before they are delivered. Please allow up to 5–7 business days to be completed before shipment. Depending on details and time-intensive work, expect a longer processing time.
Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. boxes; however, we do ship to P.O. boxes through USPS. Orders shipped to APOs and U.S. Territories may experience delays.
Other carriers may be used at the time of shipment. We reserve the right to change carriers at any time. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
