Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment if the item is sold out, received damaged or incorrect, or if canceled. It will take 2–5 business days to process refunds. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days to post.

Return Policy

You may return your purchase for any reason by submitting a returns form. All international customers must pay for the return shipping fee. If you prefer store credit, return all items in their original form.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item. Returns are normally processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your item(s). If you are returning multiple items, processing may take longer.

Shipping labels are available for $7.99. Please ensure all items are returned together to avoid additional costs.
Note: Original shipping fees are not eligible for refunds or reimbursement.
